Teaching through my Practice

I approach teaching in all my contexts, as a way of exploring ideas together in a safe space. In recent years, I have had the privilege of working within community settings where I can apply the ways of making from my own art practice, with participants. I often set up a workshop so that I am making and invite participants to make alongside me. I gently guide and offer a non-judgemental approach, valuing the trust that is given when creating in a shared space. I set up workshops that are sensitive to each site and personalised to the needs of the participants.
